Start your free trial
Create your school’s account and complete the three required steps in the Setup Wizard. No credit card required—and nothing changes at your school while you explore.

Set up your classrooms
Recreate your classroom structure—the same names your staff and families already know—so your imported students have a place to land.
- Settings → Classroom → Add Classroom
- Name each classroom the way your school already talks about it
- Assign the program level for each classroom

Gather what you have
Export your student and parent list from your current system—most platforms let you download a CSV, and a spreadsheet or even a typed-up paper roster works just as well. If your curriculum lives in your current system, export that too.

Send it to us—we import it, free
Send us your exports at support@montessoricompass.com and our team imports your students, families, and staff for you, hands-on, at no cost. We’ll confirm when everything is in so you can check it over.
Have observation or record history you want to bring over? Send a sample export to the same address and our team will work with you to find the best path forward.
