Are you compliant with Canadian privacy laws?
Yes. Beyond keeping your data on Canadian servers, Montessori Compass is built to align with Canadian privacy expectations, including PIPEDA. Student information is encrypted, access is tightly controlled, and your data never leaves the country.
How does Canadian-dollar billing work?
Your school is billed in Canadian dollars — the price you see is the price you pay. There are no foreign-exchange markups and no foreign-transaction fees on your charges, so you’ll always know exactly what your subscription costs.
Are we locked into a contract?
No. Montessori Compass is commitment-free. Choose monthly or annual billing, change plans whenever you need to, and cancel anytime. We’d rather earn your school’s trust every month than lock you into a long contract.
We already use another platform. Can you bring our history over?
Yes. Your observations, student records, and lesson history come with you — your teachers won’t be starting from scratch. Our team handles the migration with you, hands-on, so nothing important gets left behind.
How long does migration take?
We migrate your existing data for free and do it with you, hands-on. Every school is different, so the timeline depends on your size and how much history you’re bringing over — we’ll scope it together up front so there are no surprises.
