All plans are priced per actively enrolled student. Montessori Compass starts at $2.00/student/month (or $1.50/month billed annually). The Marketing & Admissions Platform is $4.00/student/month (or $3.00/month billed annually). The Montessori Growth Suite — which includes both platforms — is $6.00/student/month (or $4.00/month billed annually). Buying both platforms separately costs more than the bundle, so most schools find the Growth Suite to be the best value.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — every plan starts with a free 30-day trial. No credit card required. At the end of your trial, you choose monthly or annual billing.

What counts as an "active" student?

Active students are those currently enrolled in your program. You're never charged for inactive or archived profiles.

How does billing work when enrollment changes?

You pay for what you need. Your bill is based on your active enrollment at each billing date — so as your school grows or changes, your plan adjusts accordingly.

Does it work for toddler and infant programs?

Yes. Montessori Compass supports programs from infant through age 12, including toddler, primary, and elementary levels. The Scope & Sequence is fully customizable to your program's curriculum.

Can I migrate data from my current system?

Yes. Free data migration is included with all plans. Our team will help you move your existing student records into Montessori Compass.

Can I switch from monthly to annual later?

Yes. You can switch to an Annual Plan at any time. Montessori Compass annual billing saves 25%. The Marketing & Admissions Platform and Growth Suite bundle both save 33% with annual billing.

What's the difference between the three plans?
